Models
Standard GLASTHERMŽ being a heating insulation glass is made of tempered glass and requires the following restrictions for sizes and thicknesses:
minimum size 350 mm x 700 mm
maximum size 2440 mm x 4200 mm
at a maximum surface area of 7.1 m2
minimum thickness 4 mm
maximum thickness 8 mm
GLASTHERMŽ can be delivered with the following cavity sizes: 6, 8, 12, 14 or 16 mm.
Depending on the U-value requirements, this cavity can be filled with dry air or with the inert gases argon or krypton.
Regarding its shape, GLASTHERMŽ allows custom-made forms varying from the standard rectangular one. This, however, is subject to holes in the glass surface. It is not always possible to heat the entire surface of custom-made shapes.
